Automotive Sculpture Yosemite Sam has taken art to a new level for those of us who are car buffs. Sam’s automotive art creations include sculptures, paintings and wall reliefs made from real car parts. These unique pieces of art are distinctively auto related and, in many cases, are custom painted and pinstriped.
The highlight of Sam’s automotive art are his custom quarter panels. These panels are front or rear fenders cut down in size and often include frenched lights or partial grills. All of the techniques used to produce these one-of-a-kind sculptures are the same techniques used to build custom cars. Paint finishes are always custom works of art and often reflect styles and colors used on actual cars.
These sculptures are always a conversation piece and fit perfectly in a home or office setting.
Pinstripe Panels Pinstriping has always been a welcome finishing touch to both classic and custom cars. A good pinstriper can bring out the lines and shape of a car ensuring the best features of a car are brought to the forefront. This art form is unique and can now be yours in the form of a pinstriped panel. Each pinstriped panel is guaranteed to be an original and will not be duplicated. Each panel is numbered and authenticated with the artist’s signature. Customization of panels is available. Print Art "Race Night on Main Street" & "The Meeting Place" are pieces of custom car history. These prints incorporate some of the cars built, painted or owned by 'Yosemite' Sam himself. Each print represents a special part of the car scene for the nostalgic enthusiast. Limited Edition (200 total) Pinstripe Panels Own a piece of automotive history. This Limited Edition Pinstripe Panel includes a section of tape, with overlapping paint color, used to flame the first ever custom painted vehicle of a whole new line from a major manufacturer. The tape section is set in pinstriping of the same color used on the original vehicle. A photo of the original vehicle is mounted within the panel to highlight the origin of the tape. Panel #4 is pictured below right.
